There’s so much to say about this big family. And I’ll have to start by being grateful to have married into it! My lovely wife and business partner / co-lead photographer is the oldest of eight siblings. Unfortunately, the second two oldest siblings, Chris and Melissa, are both married and live away, so they weren’t able to join us for this spontaneous family shoot. Chris lives in Alaska with his wonderful wife, Sarah, and two little ones. Melissa lives in Kansas City with her goofy (but still awesome) hubby, Harper, and their little boy. We sure missed them!

R – is the fourth oldest sibling, and also the tallest. Although it’s a close call, R is probably the most fashionable of all the kids. You might find him out and about being creative with his photography, at home drawing, laughing at memes, or working on his school work. You’ll know it’s R when you walk away loving his very charming personality.

N’s up next. You can find him working or hanging out with his girlfriend, Grace, because he always gets his homework and work done up front. No procrastinator here!!! Grace joined us for pictures — she’s SUCH a sweet young lady! Oh… almost forgot: N gives R a run for his money when it comes to fashion. Either way, these boys are “lookers”!

K – is a darling and has the sweetest little heart. She is extremely helpful with the family, and helps take care of everyone — especially J (the youngest)! We enjoy inviting her over and going to get ice cream at Cyrano’s — it’s our FAV!! She might be Audi’s (our dog / daughter 😂) favorite one of the bunch, because when we go on vacation or shoot weddings, Audi stays over and K gives her extra love and long walks!

D – What a guy. He’s full of energy, saturated with stories, skilled at skateboard park, and Master of Minecraft.  Audi loves wrestling with him, but he lifts weights so she won’t be able to hang with him for long! D is as goofy as anyone, but I (Chris) can relate to him in many areas. He’s like a mini-me when I was a young lad! 👊🏼🤙🏼

J – You better be ready to talk! Or listen, rather. We aren’t kidding! Unless he doesn’t know you yet. Then he might be the cutest, shyest boy you’ve ever met. But he’s one smart cookie and is sure to share some crazy facts that you didn’t know!

Todd and Amy, well, not only are they the best in-laws (and parents!) EVER, but they’re some SERIOUS troopers for raising eight, amazing children! ❤️
