All of me, loves all of you.

Just like any bride and groom, Jordan and Lexy couldn’t WAIT for their wedding day!

We were super excited for their wedding day too because Chris has known Lexy and her family since he was in middle school. It was so special seeing Lexy marry the love of her life, Jordan! Hard to believe that just last year we were shooting their engagement pictures at Busch Stadium, Washington University, and Forest Park. And it seems like just yesterday we shooting Lexy’s senior pictures! Where has time gone? ✈️ (It’s been almost 5 years though!) 

Fast forward to Lexy’s wedding day, which began with getting ready with her closest family and friends at her parent’s beautiful home. Everyone was laughing and giggling and telling stories. The beautiful decor was light and airy and provided tons of natural lighting for indoor photos — and y’all know we LOVE our natural lighting!!

Across the pond, Jordan was hanging out with his family and friends at Lexy’s sister’s house (the matron of honor!) After knocking out some girls getting ready and detail photos, Chris hopped over with the guys to take  “game day” pictures, which involved the guys walking up to the house with their game faces on, suits in tow, some holding guns, and even a couple turkeys from the day prior! 🦃 Gotta get locked in before the big dance, yanno!! 🤣 Once the suits were on and the guys were looking dapper, the guys took some time to shoot trap to get Jordan hyped for his big day. 💥

Game day photos, suits on, and trap shooting — could it have gotten any better than that? We like to think so, as we watched Jordan and Lexy take some moments to share a First Touch with each other, holding hands around the barn door and reading each others’ letters to one another. Awww — it was the sweetest moment, and we’d be lying if we say we didn’t tear up. 🥰

After tying the knot at their home church at Abundant Life Community Church in Alton, Illinois, everyone headed back to Lexy’s parent’s house for a rustic barn reception at Trinity Barn. This is no ordinary barn, though… it was specially built with tons of love on their family’s property. As you can see, the barn was stunning and made the perfect venue. It was truly an epic party celebrating the newlyweds. And we might have even seen the father of the bride on the dance floor…briefly! 👀👀👀

Jordan and Lexy, thank you for trusting us with your wedding day, and a huge CONGRATULATIONS to you!! We can’t wait to see how God uses you two. 💙
