Brett and Laurenâs wedding day was warm, bright, and full of sunshine and laughter. Chris started off with Brett, his groomsmen, and Brett’s family at an Airbnb near Forest Park. It was the perfect place for the guys to hangout at while getting ready, and the backyard provided a quaint garden backdrop for some shots of Brett reading a letter from his wife/to-be â Lauren. đÂ
Meanwhile, Laurenâs morning started off at the Residence Inn St Louis in Clayton in one the most beautiful corner suite that weâve seen in a while! The entire left side of the room was full of windows and the natural sunlight was pouring in. It was perfect for âtoastâ photos, getting ready shots, hanging out, laughter shots, and more! These girls sure knew how to celebrate! đ„
The sunlight on their day was beautiful and we took advantage of it at a few different spots in Forest Park, but mostly featured the Emerson Grand Basin and the hallways of the lower Muny. Lauren was literally glowing the entire day and looked fabulous from head to toe. đ„° We couldn’t wait for Brett to see her. While at the Muny, Lauren made her day a bit more special by doing a first look with her brother as well as her dad.
Shortly thereafter, we headed off to Graham Chapel where Brett and Lauren officially tied the knot!! For those of you that remember their engagement session, these two rocked their long distance relationship for a long time, so we couldnât be happier theyâre finally together forever!
After the ceremony and then post-ceremony husband and wife pictures at the Grand Basin, it was time to kick off those wedding shoes and start celebrating at The Coronado. Their reception was every bit of perfect, beginning with heartfelt welcome and toasts from the father of the bride, a prayer by Laurenâs brother, Nick, and then amazing toasts from the maid of honor and best man. Not that this should surprise you, but we both would be lying if we said we didnât shed some tears. đ
From there on, Lauren slipped into her elegant reception dress to get a bit more comfy, the hugs and laughter kept flowing, and people were tearing up the dance floor. It was extra special! Oh, and the food was amazing! All around a perfect day for an amazing couple. đ
Brett and Lauren, we are blessed to know you and want to thank you for allowing us to be a piece of your world for a little while. We canât wait to see where your next adventures take you because together youâre going to do great things!Â
